Meet Your Resident Lush

Natasha Williams  affectionately known as the Resident Lush  is the Founder of Lush Life Brands LLC and a trailblazer in Ohio's wine industry. As the only Black and woman-owned licensed wine distributor in the state of Ohio, Natasha has built a diverse portfolio that intentionally celebrates and amplifies Black-owned, Brown-owned, and women-owned wine brands  bringing representation to the shelf, the table, and the conversation.

Natasha's professional journey began in Talent Acquisition, a field where she thrived until 2022. In 2018, she founded Lush Life Brands LLC, a wine distribution and concierge company that specializes in placing unique, underrepresented wines in the Ohio market while curating experiences that bring people together. Her distribution portfolio is a direct reflection of her mission — stocked with brands by people of color and women who deserve a seat at the industry's table.

Among her signature events is Blk Wine Fest, a celebrated annual festival highlighting Black-owned wine brands and producers. Named one of USA Today's 10 Best New Festivals in 2024, Blk Wine Fest is a testament to the community Natasha has built and the movement she continues to lead.

Natasha's passion for wine is rooted in something beautifully simple  the joy of connecting with people over a great glass and a meaningful conversation. She takes pride in fostering community through wine, helping people build networks, discover new brands, and create lasting relationships.

A Cincinnati native who grew up in Forest Park, Ohio, Natasha studied Communication Studies at the University of Cincinnati and holds a Level 1 WSET Certification. Outside of her thriving professional life, she enjoys spending time with her adult son, indulging in wine (of course), working out, traveling, and creating unforgettable memories with friends and family.

That’s why we’ve created this foundation—to serve as a dedicated resource for our colleagues in these demanding fields. Our mission is to help individuals find and access mental health resources when they need them most, providing support and guidance in times of need. We're here to ensure that every member of our community has the tools and support to thrive both professionally and personally.
